If a vehicle owner relocates or sells their vehicle outside the jurisdiction of the current Regional Transport Office (RTO), they must present the No Objection Certificate (N.O.C.) obtained from the current registering authority to the new RTO.

This facilitates the transfer of vehicle registration to the new location or owner.

New Address Proofs:
  • Light Bill, PMC Tax Receipt, Index 2 ( Any One of These)
  • Voter’s ID, Aadhar Card, Passport, L.I.C. Policy ( Any One of These)

  • Rental Agreement Registered With Sub Registrar

Please Note
  • If the Vehicle is From Other State, Then the Vehicle Shall Be Produced Before the RTO Authority for Inspection and Shall Pay One Time Tax to the Concerned RTO.
  • If the NOC is not Submitted within 15 days from the date of issue, fine will be incurred.
