Issue NOC of Vehicle

When a vehicle owner changes their residence or sells the vehicle outside the jurisdiction of the current Regional Transport Office (RTO), they are required to apply for a No Objection Certificate (N.O.C.) from the registering authority where the vehicle is currently registered.
